Do you know the owners of this home personally? It's not officially listed for sale in the MLS, but if you know for sure the current owners are willing to sell, you could have an agent or an attorney draw up the contracts for both of you. Typically, real estate agents are paid by the seller when the home is sold, so you shouldn't have to pay for this service. I work regularly in Renaissance subdivision, so I am familiar with the homes and the current selling prices in the area. I would be happy to help you determine and negotiate an appropriate value for the home, find a competitive loan program, and guide you through the purchase contracts, home inspections, etc. Please feel free to contact me anytime if I can answer any questions or be of assistance.

When you are ready to buy a property it is advisable to work with a professional Realtor. As David mentioned it typically doesn't cost you anything as the commission is generally paid by the seller of the property.
An agent can guide you through the process of making a reasonable offer and working through any counter offers from the seller. Further a professional Realtor can assist you in selecting a certified home inspector to uncover any potential or latent problems with the property that are not readily apparent, negotiate on your behalf, assist you in deciphering title documents and recommend mortgage professionals for you to work with.
While the aforementioned property located at 4326 Bella Vista in Longmont is not currently listed for sale, it is also not in an expired or pending status. Did you see a sign on the property (in which case it may not have hit the MLS yet), or could there possibly be a typo on the address?
Should you need the services of a professional Realtor or have other questions, please contact me. I'd be pleased to help you in any way I can.

Another option is to have your lawyer do it.
I did some research on the property... what makes you think it is for sale? It is in pre-foreclosure but I haven't found it for sale anywhere...
