how do you answer hate crime questions for a potential buyer?

Boy are we out there on this one.....you can not answer any questions realting to hate crimes. Mansur is correct. With reference to asnwering a question like "are there a lot of xxx in the neighborhood", well, I'm a professional and do enjoy having my license, nevermind the obvious discriminatory issues, so, no, I would never answer a question like that either!!!

Can you clarify your question? I understand why Mansur provided the answer he did...but while questions regarding a community's ethnicity, for instance, should not be answered by agents, I don't think a question like, "Are there a lot of xxxx in this neighborhood?" rises to the level of a "hate crime." It may or may not be motivated by bigotry, but hate crime? No.
