purchase in. I will be using this property as a vacation home, but also want to buy in an area that will have an enormous appreciation when the market bounces back. I am therefore also looking at it from an investment perspective. Please advise!

Lee,
Please visit our company web site at, http://www.c21indian.com. There you wil also be able to see all of the homes and condos we have presently listed. We have new lisitngs all the time and it may seem we do not have a lot of them, but the truth of the matter is, we do turn them over pretty fast.
Also go to the county web site , Brevard.com and see all the beautiful pictures of the ocean, shuttle exploding off the launch pad and all the other attractions here and close by in Orlando.
If , I may. send me your contact infotmation, personal e-mail and phone number, price ranges you would be purchasing in, and soem amenities yu are looking for. I can put all the information into my Prospect Manager Dtat Base and have many homes, Condos or townhouses sent to you to view from the listing directly from the Multiple Listing Service. This wll give you a bettr Idea pf the homes , tec., and the prices here in Brevard County.
I will be waitng of the information to my e-mail st pdolci8332@aol.com

Hello,

South Florida is a beautiful place to be and have been living here for 12 years. The Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach areas are very nice areas.

If you are still looking give Anthony a call with Zip Realty! He specializes in that area and knows it very well. You may visit on-line at: http://www.anthonylasala.com or the zip link below .

Best regards,
Rich

Hi Pete!
I looked at Naples, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Miami, North Port and Palm Bay! I am also considering Clearwater. The area that I really loved was Bradenton! I am looking for a newer and more spacious house, closer to 2000 sq ft for around a 100,000, but want to maximise on my investment dollars! I am also considering waiting for a while until March to buy. as I see that prices are continuing to decline!

Dear Lee, If you research why Cape Canaveral, now Kennedy Space Center was put there, it will show through weatehr statistics that most Hurricanes have hit the QWest Coast or went out to sea and went up the
coast to the Carolina's because of the Ocean Currents. But is also depends on other weather conditions also. Investing in properties will depend on what you are looking for in an area. such as sports available for adults, if you like boating and fishing and what type of fishing you may like the most, ho close are you to major attractions, how has the area grown and what is the trend for growth in the area, what improvements are being made for the future.

One question i have for you is, What parts of Florida have you visited? What area or areas did you like the best? Would you move to the area and buy a home? The last question is, how much investment are you wanting do do along with how much money can you invest at first?

Please contact me and we can put our heads together. I am in Brevard County, the Space Coast with Kennedy Space Center and on the East Coast.

Hi Lee,

Here's a sinerio we are ready to close on. Let us know if it works for you.

A 1,400 square foot home, 3/2/2, built in 2001 and in move-in condition, 15 minutes from beaches that will close for under $60,000.

We can provide the location, and the opportunity for seriously motivated buyers. NOW is the time for buyers to make their move.... Love to hear from people that are ready.

Good luck
