Hi Rick:

Yes, in most cases, the Realtor to which you are referred will work out a referral fee, which is usually a percentage of the commission, with the referring Realtor.

I say "in most cases" because there may be the occasional time that an agent refers business to another agent and doesn't ask for a fee for his own personal/business reasons.
