Mike States, Home Buyer in Ridgely, MD

I AM ASKING WHO RENTS OR LEASES WITH THE OPTION TO BUY IN DEL.

Asked by Mike States, Ridgely, MD Wed Nov 21, 2007

I AM SELLING MY HOME BECAUSE OF A DIVORCE AND AM THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO DELAWARE. I KNOW AFTER IT'S SPLIT AND THE LAWYERS GET THEIRS I WON'T HAVE AS MUCH. I AM THINKING ABOUT PUTTING ABOUT $50,000 DOWN AFTER THE HOUSE IS SOLD EITHER ON A HOME OR DOUBLEWIDE ON IT'S OWN LAND PREFERABLY OUT OF TOWN. BECAUSE OF THE DIVORCE AND MY SONS HAVE RUINED MY CREDIT AND IT'LL BE HARD FOR ME TO GET A LOAN. I GUESS YOU CAN CALL IT A NEW BEGINNING. I WANT TO MOVE OUT ASAP SO I CAN FIX THIS HOUSE UP SO PERHAPS I CAN SELL IT FOR MORE. I LIVE WITH MY FIANCE AND DAUGHTER AND THE COUNTRYSIDE WOULD BE NICE. IF ANY INFORMATION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW.-THANKS

Hi Mike! Ouch sounds like you are going thru a time right now. Many of us have been there.......I understand! To answer your question, yes there are sellers who will lease purchase and hold the mortgage for you for a period of time. I even have builders willing to do that as well. I have a seller who has a wonderful home in the country area and will do owner financing for you. It is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on 1/2 acre. If I can be of any help to you, let me know.
