But to answer you question, i have learned that consumers still need our help. I just hope the barriers of us making money could get off there heads long enough to let us help. This is our profession and career how we put a roof over head and food on the table. I would hope they would understand and learn that. We donot all care about money, just what is fair.
It sounds like you have become quite an educated consumer which is always great! Just like any line of work, there are people who specialze in particular things. Hiring a Realtor is always benefical as we know the ins and outs of the business, it's our job to be educated in all aspects. Each state is different as far as how closings are handled. Arizona is a title state where the title company handles the transactions,no lawyers are needed. Actually the realtors are looked at as the 'legal' representation. Of course if matters arise, lawyers are always advised to be contacted. They are not needed in day to day transactions.
i think it's great that Trulia has come up with this site so that consumers can ask experienced realtors questions without any strings attached.
Best of Luck!
Please correct me if I understood this wrong.
You learn something new every day.
Are you OK? What happened? You just stopped in the middle of a sentence.
Maybe your dog jumped on your computer and sent your post before you were done. The one thing I say more than anything else is, "Dogs, no typing."
Come on folks, what have you learned?
