My landing page is through http://boldleads.com which comes with the training that taught me how to drive the traffic. I'm getting 3-5 seller leads a day now, and more on weekends. If I call them right away, I convert 1 out of 10 to a listing appointment with the scripts from the site.
I get some leads from this site, my blogs, other web sites, open houses, general marketing like direct mail, door knocking or cold calling... but all of that combined only gives me about 25% of my business. The rest is direct referral from people that know me - either personally or professionally, and this includes agent referrals. These "leads" come without competition. And, they trust me completely and we have a much better relationship from the very beginning. As a result, they are more likely to refer business to me, and the cycle continues. It's a beautiful thing.
