There are tons of avenues you should consider. What is your marketing budget? If it is low like most sellers I would look into classified ads such as tell-n-sell.com which is a free form of advertisement in the statesboro/savannah area there are so many out there and also in other states. Also craigslist, but be very cautious. You will have to submit your ad weekly so it is not great on efficiency. landwatch.com is another great site.
