Hi Nino,

Sorry for the stress.

What does your contract say? Be sure that you are still within your time limit to meet the mortgage contingency that was set forth in the contract.

Are you working with an attorney? If so, he should be hounding the lender to ensure that you are meeting your contingencies.

In fact, don't be afraid to do have your attorney, your Realtor, and YOU hound that lender for some answers.

Good luck!

It's possible you'll be fine; however, I'm concerned you're not able to communicate with your loan officer? Has he or she not been responsive?
