How do I search for the houses sold for the last 12 months. This is in Fremont Michigan

I want to see all the houses sold in Fremont, grant,holton,twin lake,hesperia and newaygo, sold in last 12 months between 165,000.00 and 200,000.00 thanks

Jamie from Trulia here, you can actually perform this search like you would on for sale listings and then just click on the sold tab below the map to see the sold listings. i have provided the url for the search you stated in your question. you can also set up an email alert (look in the left side of the page) to be notified when new sold properties happen. Hope this helps.

Cherry, Sold information is recorded by each individual township and city, then transferred to the County. There are some websites, like Trulia that purchase information, but not that I could find for those Cities.

A local real estate professional would have online access to all sales through public records, You can contact one using http://electronicappraiser.com or http://housevalues.com They may have an agent that would send you information.
