The property attached to your question is not in TN it is in Roselle,NJ. If you can come up w. a 3.5% down payment,you could possibly get an FHA loan where your credit would not be an issue. The 3.5% can be a gift from family members. Suggest you talk to a local lender to see if you can qualify.
