you are a CBG agent, as I am. We cannot update our own listings, only the secretaries and managers can update them, so you need to contact them if you had a change in status (ie if the expiration date on a listing came up the MARIS system will automatically mark the listing as expired and the secretary has to extend it in the MARIS system once you give her the correct paperwork, you can't extended a listing in the system yourself). If your listings were active and they suddently disappeared and there was no change in status, then you need to call the CBG IT help desk to find out what happened. The IT desk can "push" the feed to Realtor.com, Coldwellbanker.com, Trulia, and the other sites if something occurred and the feed was lost.
