Are you kidding me?! Yes! In some cases you don't even have to worry about listing prices. Just throw a number at a home seller and see if it sticks. It's rediculous! I've never seen anything like this in my life. It's a good time to be a buyer. I would say that Boston area single family prices have easily come down approximately 10-15% in the past 18 months. Where will it end? I don't know.
