How often do you update your website?

Asked by Penny Hopkins, 36526 Sun Jun 10, 2007

Under "Recently Sold Homes", the most recent listings are from April. When will the homes sold after that time be posted?

According to the rules of the Baldwin County MLS, an Active listing remains active untile a Contract is written, then it goes into the Under Contract section, after closing, the MLS should have the property in the Solds within a week of the closing date. Now, this should show up in the Baldwin MLS immediately but migh take up to a 7 days to reflect on other websites that tie into the Baldwin County MLS IDX. I know that REALTOR.com updates from the MLS every Thursday. If there is something specific you need, I will be more than happy to find the information out for you! All the best, Christian Green

Hi Penny,

The information we display for sold listings is obtained from the County Assessor's office and there can be as much as a three-month gap between the time a home transaction takes place and the time we receive a report of that transaction.

However we continue to update this information frequently so I encourage you to check back often for updates.

Best Wishes,

Hi Penny,
Not sure of the update frequency for Baldwin County. I can check solds in MLS or tax database if there is a particular property you are interested in.
