Mary, Both Buyer and Seller in All of Southern Cali...

Where can I find short sale agents/brokers who aren't afraid of work in California?

Asked by Mary, All of Southern California Mon Mar 23, 2009

I represent a team of investors who buy short sales at deep discounts. The benefits to the agents are: 1) No negotiating with loss mitigation at the banks 2) If you can't find the pre-foreclosures we may be able to help 3) Simple short sale package, submission, qualifying if we've got a deal or not, listing the property on MLS and finding the end buyer to double up the commission.

I would recommend that you work on your Trulia profie to explain what you are trying to do, the profile of properties that you want to buy, and other pertinent data.

You might also want to blog about what you do and some of your transactions.

Lastly I would add a contact method to your profile so people can contact you.

Check out mine if you like as an example.
