Hi Patti,

This property is a short sale. It is not owned by the bank. The current owner would have to agree to a lease but once this property goes to auction, any occupants will most likely be evicted. Properties that are short sales are not eligible for long term leases. You can lease this property but only until it goes to auction, which will be sooner than 2 years.

Banks so not rent out properties, they will sell them at the highest market price to recover their losses. The listing agent may not see your question here to be able to answer it. You may want to call her, her name is Temple and her number is 480-473-9999. . Good luck with your search.
