Home owners that are upside down on their mortgage are largely in denial. They do not really know for the most part, what their options are. Putting together a short sale package for the lender (s) is key to getting out from under a pending foreclosure. Working with an agent who has the knowledge to pull it all off is key to a successfull short sale.

Hi Stephen....I am interested, however, I hesitate to make a 6 month financial committment to your site. You only have 2 other preferred agents for the entire state of Arizona......help me understand why I have to pay to become a preferred agent and what kind of leads you are getting for AZ on a regular basis?

How do you get paid? Do you market at all in Arizona??

I forgot to mention that we only market in areas where we currently have agents listed. As you may have noticed that the two agents currently listed in Arizona are there for appearance only. As soon as you become a preferred agent you will receive all the listing until more agents join.
We market heavily in California, and Florida and receive 40 requests per day. We scrub the leads and usually talk to the homeowner and give them advice on how to proceed. We then refer them to our preferred agents for listing them home.
Homeowners also have the option to contact you directly by filling out a form on the ShortSaleSettlements.com website.
