The tax appraisal is listed at $257,000 but you need to hire a REALTOR to represent you and provide you with an option of the value of the property. Then you can call on your agent to pre-view homes like this one and provide market information and estimates for repairs.
The seller's disclosure shows that repairs are needed to the sprinkler system, intercom, security system, garage door opener, a shower drain pan, and roof. The roof is an overlay so it needs to be replaced. There was foundation work done before the current owner purchased the home. The seller has also received a report in the past concerning active termites.
There is enough on this report that the seller is disclosing to tell me that the house has some major maintenance issues. Have you seen this house from inside? House is built in 1979 & only inspector can tell you the major or minor problem (if any) are found.
