I agree with Robert on this one. These hotel condo projects are poor investments. You will find yourself feeding this property monthly just to break even. I honestly don't feel Orlando is a good market for this type of investment. Your mortgage and condo fees will well exceed what you take in on a monthly basis from rentals.
Don't rule out vacation homes or townhomes. There are some very strong foreclosure deals on these types of properties in the Kissimmee area that make solid investments.

I do not see that project benefiting the owner as an investment property and I do not see the property appreciating enough to make a good profit down the road.
