If you know the name of the builder and they are still in business, depending upon the age of your home, you could contact them for their floorplans. I LOVE floorplans and have been collecting them for years. They are so much fun to hand out to a buyer that is purchasing a home that was built years back. Buyers just love them in their ability to see the layout and plan their furniture, etc. If your home is relatively newer you can check online with that builder's website and see if they have your plan online. Possibility! And of course, the city should have modification permits onfile if the home was remodeled. There is always the friendly neighbor approach. Locate a model match in your neighborhood and ask that owner if they might have a floorplan from their purchase. Maybe they will be kind enough to show you how their home is layed out. If you are not shy and bold enough to approach them. Good luck!!
