Yvonne -

If you like this home just watch it for a bit, I expect it will come down. I just sold a home significantly larger than this on a full finished basement with in-law set up for $525K, it was fully updated to include an all new kitchen and all baths. I also just completed a sale appraisal on Breakwater, that home was also larger with a full finished basement, not as updated but with more desired features - you can update a kitchen easier than digging a basement or building an addition.

Let me know if you want any additional information - hope this helps

Or I could just answer you question with the answer you were looking for: This home was a foreclosure and an agent bought it at auction for $335,000 in 7/08. It was a fixer upper and it is now back on market for $590,000 marketed as a total renovation by the same agent who purchased it. If you would like for me to send you the link to the MLS listing so you can see more up to date information and post renovation pictures, just contact me and I'll send you that link. I can also send you the link of the foreclosure listing so you can see before and after pics. If you have any more specific questions about this property or any other property please ask and I would be happy to provide you with the information.
