The zip code of 30319 encompasses a very large area with home prices stretching from $44,900 to $2M depending on the nieghborhoods and geographical areas. Riverside for example has homes in the $170,000 price range and up. Brookhaven, one of the more exclusive areas of the 30319 gives way to some of the most spectacular homes with prices starting about $1,200,000. And of course Lynwood and Defoor areas meet the median price ranges.
