Sort term rental season is upon us, with Spring Break and summer vacation approaching. You need to interview several short term companies and ask very specific questions to find a good company that matches your rental income needs. There are 100s of Property Management companies in the area, find a good one and it is a great opportunity, use a less than good company and you will see less than good return. Long term rental is a little harder, with a lot of owners chooing to rent instead of sell, the market inventory is high, forcing prices down.
