Contact your agent, if they do not answer or reply, then certainly contact the listing broker. As was stated below, REO's, foreclosures, and short sales can be very time consuming, frustrating, and in general a pain, but your agent should be keeping you in the loop. If they don't, find a new agent.

The hardest thing in the world 'I Think' is deakking with a bank on a Bank Owned Property or Short Sale. They are not in a hurry, and really they are loosing money so they must not hurry as much as they do when we borrow or invest. Sometimes it takes two weeks or more and all we do is irritate them calling. Hope you believe in some higher power for this is the time to speak to one.
I know it's hard to have patience, but the bank probably is still reviewing all the offers and no one knows the outcome at this point. Your agent should check for you as it is not a good idea to contact the listing agent directly. Your agent can contact the listing agent's office and see if there has been a decision. However, remember that banks don't usually move as quickly as what we would like for them to, and probably no one knows anything yet! Good luck, I hope you get your home!!
