We have waterfront property, and plenty of sand. Will that work?

The Lakes in Tempe, and Val Vista lakes in Gilbert are just a few of the wonderful water community's that we have.

My website below has a map of the area and all the waterfront properties available in Arizona.

In Bullhead City and Mohave Valley we have Colorado River front if that is what you are loking for. From my site click on MLS button and find riverfront then search.

I completely agree with Gerry. If you can find the beachfront property, I'd like to know where it is. Many have "joked" that California may one day fall into the Pacific Ocean, creating beachfront property in Arizona, but it's certainly meant as a joke. The catasrophe of such an event certainly would be no joke, however.

Now that's the best question I've read on Trulia. I'm sure that my brother-in-law in Tucson, my sister in Levine and my friends in Phoenix would love to learn the answer to that one. Although there is a man-made pond in Phoenix the locals call a lake. But don't get me wrong--I love Arizona!
