Direck, Very nice hearing from you and hopefully I can get you all the information that you require. First Pawleys Place if you haven't actually seen the complex is a very nice as well as great location. I did take the time to actually contact the association for the information you requested and will be happy to supply you with that information. For privacy issues It would be best that you email me at my business email DProcter@DougProcter.com and I can certainly supply you with the HOA amounts (varies according to unit), Management Company Representative name as well as their phone number if you choose to contact them for further information.
Looking forward to providing you with the service you deserve,
Doug Procter

i am a home owner at Pawleys Place and their is a board of five members that do what they want without having meeting or getting permission from owners. I have lived here since 2002, and they have not responded to any of my requests and at this day and time, they have cut down 52 beautiful pear trees.
we are beginning to look like a apartment complex with all the changes

Direck:

If you are talking about the Condo/Townhomes community called Pawley's Place, this would have restrictions. I have some colleagues in that area that could assist you with obtaining detailed information and/or purchasing a home ANYWHERE at Pawley Island.

Please feel free to give me a call at my office and I can help get that process started for you.

Have A Good Week!

Sincerely,
