Joe, it looks like this home is already SOLD for $85,000.

That is one of the challenges with so many websites that are trying to give buyers information on homes - most of them are out-of-date and by the time you find a home that you are interested in, it is already under contract or gone.

It looks like the street was 837.

I hope this helps.

Joe,

There are some great values in the Goodyear area, however Trulia isn't always accurate on homes being available.

Feel free to contact me if you would like further assistance!

Hi Joe!

As already stated, in the greater Phoenix area, your best (and perhaps only) way of obtaining accurate, up-to-date information is by working with an experienced, local, full time Buyer's Agent (REALTOR®). That professional can set up a search profile for you that includes your specific parameters, and the full MLS listings can then be emailed to you and/or posted to an MLS portal for your private viewing ~ complete with addresses, details, photos, virtual tours, etc.

If you don't already have a Buyer's Agent, and would like a referral to a good one, just let me know.

Kindest regards,

HI Joe,

The address of this property is 837 E VIA MARIA ST GOODYEAR, AZ 85338-1145. But it was sold by the bank to the new owner on 1/9/09 for $85,000.

If you want access to the good deals & have any chance of buying one before other buyers get them, you'll be best served by working with a local Buyer's Agent Realtor. Otherwise, you'll continue to miss out & never get access to the information you need to make good real estate decisions.
