There is a relationship between how much $$ one wants to spend to attract those buyers and some strategies can be quite expensive. For the best, inexpensive method used, the property sign has been the most effective and least expensive option. While the MLS is sometimes conducive to finding another agent's buyer, it is really a repository of listing data and not intended as a marketing tool per se. Realtors.com website is also a very good marketing site. Try a few and monitor the results for yourself and your market as different markets respond differently to the different tools. Good luck!
