Mary,

This home is currently for sale @ $289, but subject to bank approval. Here is the property description:

Beautiful well maintained home priced to sell. This home is subject to bank approval and will be sold in as is condition. The home has top of the line water purification system, newer roof, siding, furnace, kitchen cabinets and appliances. Situated on a beautiful quite street. The mailing address is Freehold. Large lot size with an in ground pool.

Unfortunatey, not all agencies subscribe to trulia, therefore, the most updated info on this site is not avaialbe. Trulia is only as accurate as its particpants.

Upon further investigation it appears that although it is listd on the MLS, it is also up for auction on 5/18/2009. This could mean (1) that you will be up against investors with the cash to purchase the property outright or (2) that you can possibly delay the auction by making an offer or (3) you can take a chance that this will become a bank owned property.

Call me direct if you would like to grab this property before an investor with CASH beats you too it. At no obligation we'll run the comps to determine the best price inh today's market or if it is worth the risk of waiting for it to be possibly bank owned (as there are benefits this) .

Love and Peace

Be also advised that if this property does not sell at auction, it will most likely become an REO (bank owned property).

Mary, That house is currently on the market for $289,000 which is considerably less than the $370,000 they paid for it at the end of 2004. The sale is subject to bank approval and is being sold "as is".

If you would like to see this home, I'd be glad to take you inside. Just give me a call.
