Look at your home from a buyer's prespective - act like you are getting ready to buy. Approach the home from the steet with an objective eye. What does the home look like as you pull up. Is the yard well kept? Does it look as fresh as possible? Have personal items been removed from the yard? Approach your door - Is it inviting and clean? Is the home clutter free and sparkling clean? Does it look like you are still living in the home or does it look like it is ready for a new owner? Your realtor may be able to help you with some suggestions to improve the staging of the home for general appeal?
