You've asked 3 questions, two of which are basically the same, wondering how many single family homes are for sale in Hollywood, FL, then the same thing now with Broward County. The other was selling fsbo vs using a Realtor.
I think at this point, you should find an agent you trust and like, let them sell your house, then they could provide all the answers for you. I'm not sure what's keeping you from doing that, but I'm sure you'll let us know.
I really can't figure out why you'd even want to know how many houses, condo's and townhomes are for sale? What difference does that make ?
If you are selling - you need to be competitive with what is in your immediate area.
If you are buying (which you may not be able to do until you SELL) you have the same issue to consider. What is available in the price range and area for what you are seeking and are qualified to buy.
So, what difference does it make how many sfr, condo's and townhomes are available in Broward county?
Trulia Voices makes this forum available so agents can help consumers, and that's a great thing, but from your history of questions, I think you need to focus on finding and listening to an agent in your area that can help you do what it takes to make this transition work for you.
To ask an agent on this forum to spend probably an hour or more of their time for free to give you an answer to this question is a pushing it a little bit imho. Then again, someone will probably do it, although I can't imagine why...........
