Can anyone tell me if there is a public search site for the Louisville, KY MLS?

Asked by Lee Courtwright, Davidson, Wilson, & Sumner Counties Wed Sep 26, 2007

In Nashville, we have the ReaI-it-ter verison (complete w/ acess to comps, tax info, days on market, etc), and then there is the public verison which is more limited. am looking at a business in Louisville, and am thinking of buying a condo/townhome near downtown Louisville, or across the river in Jeffersonville, so info on the Jeffersonville MLS would be helpful as well. Thanks!

I agree with the answers below on your search. Go to a Realtors Commerical web site and enter info and it will pull up all listings from their web site. In Indiana you can do the same thing. Most Realtors web sites have access to all the listings that are on the MLS. It won't cost ya anything and most Realtors won't bug ya either.

Just go to Noelharris.net! The downtown area in Louisville is simply exploding right now with new construction- an excellent time to get in at a lower price. Have you checked out the new condos along Waterfront Park near Slugger Field? They are comtemporary in style with ceiling to floor windows and great views of the river. I would strongly encourage you to include them in your search. If you should need any help, my contact information is also listed on Noelharris.net. Good luck! (What type of business are you interested in?)

Not as for the MLS in Louisville, but you can go to realty.com and it will link you to homes in the MLS.

As a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, I am surprised that you only got cold answers in two of the three replies. Only once did you get a 1/2 way correct answer. As a fellow Realtor, I will be happy to provide you with the information needed without obligation. I am sorry that I didn't check this site before now. If you will e-mail or fax me your criteria, I will do the MLS search and send you full details.
