I have written in response to your questions before, I hope that someday you will repay my diligence and call me to help you because it does not seem like you have a good Realtor working for you or you are affraid to ask them these questions.
The second half of your question "Did this unit have mold?" . This kind of question is a real stumper... Mold spores are everywhere, in fact mold makes up most of the biomass in the world (not plants or animals). Given the right conditions of moisture and organic material mold will grow. I am sure there are places in even my own house that there is some kind of mold (most likely in the vegi drawer of my fridge). Being bank owned you may never know unless they disclose it or you happen to find the company that may have treated it. From going to classes over time we have learned that mold can be overcome by cleaning he surface with a solution, allowing it to dry and sealing it with a paint.
I do not want to wite the contact information here on Trulia because it iwould nclude a cell phone number, and unless I have permission I will not be publishing someone elses cell number on a public forum like this. Please call me today so I can give you the contact information I have to "Ed" their maintence person, he may know the answers to both of your questions (he will definately know the age of the roofs).
