It's time to find a buyer agent and put them to work. Have them do a comparison on the property and decide if is indeed a good buy. Now it's time to have a sit-down with your agent and have them go through the offer/counter offer process, inspections, post-inspection agreement and closing.
Yes, it would be possible for me to compile a list of steps for you to follow, but I have seen too many times the result of going it alone. The world of Real Estate transaction is ever changing and representation is more important than ever.
Trulia is much like Zillow - it is used for the purposes of supplying nformation and many agents are available on this site. Many people simply spend time on Trulia to gather information during or prior to buying. Its more of a question and answer site. The first thing I would suggest is to find yourself a Realtor that you are very comfortable with. Sit down go over your needs and wants and then proceed. If you have already found a property that you like, you will want your agent to run comparables for you so you have an educated idea of how much you should make your purchase offer and then write a reasonable offer. Its a great time to purchase --if I can be of service let me know, Good luck to you.
If you see a property that you may have an interest in, contact a local Realtor- OR-I can refer you to a top realtor in your area.
It will be in YOUR best interest to have a REALTOR that works for YOU-rather than the Sellers Agent, i.e. the Listing Agent handle your offer. Always remember the LISTING AGENT works for the SELLER!
