What action can I take if the realtor did not disclose that I had previously had a bankruptcy to the lender?

til to late and it all changed at the signing

Typically this is between you and the lender and not between you and the Realtor. Did you ever fill out a loan application with the lender? Did you ever get a good faith estimate from them? Were you able to close the loan only at a higher interest rate or were you not able to close the loan at all?

Well the Realtor has a fiduciary responsibility to you! So you would have to give him written permissions to disclose such personal information. Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice article 1 - 9
