Is buying in Cleveland's urban city neighborhoods a good decision?

So many cities around the country are experiencing a return to the urban neighborhoods. I wonder if the same is happening in your neighborhood.

Good question, Kristal. Some of our neighborhoods are hot investment areas, due to the vibrant nightlife, galleries, shops and frequently, dynamite views of Lake Erie and her bridges. Other areas are very affordable and therefore a great buy right now; not to mention that Cleveland taxes are lower than most of the suburbs!

Carole ~ With lower taxes, views of the Lake and all the other amenities, I would have to agree, your urban Cleveland real estate is a good deal. Thanks for the answer!
