I've always wanted to restore an old Victorian, are there any left in Denver to restore?

Yes! There are many lovely old Victorian homes awaiting a special person like you! Try NW Denver in the Highlands for starters...

There are 100's in New Orleans to restore...and the weather is a little milder than Denver this time of year

Dena,

The Highlands/Sloans area has a bunch of homes that need to be restored. Try looking there and I promise you won't be disappointed. The Baker district and homes near Wash park are excellent choices as well!

Sometimes I have to believe in fate. I just came across the most amazing Victorian. Solid home needs updating but has all of the original woodwork. You will not believe your eyes, Send me note if you are still dreaming. Hope I’m not too late.

You can also find beautiful Victorian homes in the following neighborhoods: Baker, West City Park, Cole, Whittier and Five Points.
