Hello Elaine,

A lot of people want to be in Third. THis house is in the Van Ness school district. However, many people don't know that there is also a charter school in this area for those in the Van Ness school district. If you like the area, I think it's something you should really consider. If you would like more information about this, please let me know.

Hey Elaine,

It looks like the agent below answered your question. You can always Google "LA School Finder" and the first link will take you to a page to enter in the address you're inquiring about. If the home on Beachwood were a couple blocks south it looks like it would make it into the 3rd St School District. I'm currently in escrow on a property close by the one you listed on Beachwood and do great business in the area. Also, two clients of mine just purchased a home out of the area and are considering selling or leasing their property in Hancock Park. I just checked and it is in the 3rd Street School District and is not yet listed. Perhaps this property or another may work for you? You can always contact me on my cell phone and it would be a pleasure to speak with you.

Best,
