David does raise a valid point in that you are not getting much information and if you have not inspected the lot or the area you may not like the land. I use to live near Cape Coral and while it was a nice town then there is no telling what has happened to any area over time. I recommend you contact a local Realtor in the area you are interested in and then have them research the available properties for you. They can send you the information and provide you with the websites to look up other pertinent things such as crime rates and schools. I have clients in Europe and the Far East so it can be done. I would just caution you to proceed slowly. If you need a referral to a top agent in Cape Coral just let me know and I can provide you with someone to at least interview to represent you.
