Hi Stephanie,
Lease options are becoming more of an option for sellers as their properties stay on the market longer & longer. There are several risks to this, though, for you & the seller, that you should be made aware of before going into it. If you need help walking through this process, I would be happy to explain it further.

Thank you for your interest. The Ballantyne property you inquired about has been leased. I will keep your info on file.

Thanks again.

There are not many homes listed as "Lease/Purchase" but with the market as it is, you can always find a house that you like and that is in your price range and ask. I have found that many sellers who have been on the market for a while, will consider this option.

Let me know if I can be of service to you as your Buyer's Agent.

Have a blessed day!

I have a great 4 bdrm house in south Charlotte that I would consider lease option. It has been painted through out the house and has hardwood in the first floor and is move in ready. It is in a cul de sac. Please contact me.

I have a listing in Western Union County (just south of the South Charlotte border in Union County) and the seller is willing to consider a lease-purchase. I'm not sure if that would work for you, but figured I'd put it out there. Let me know if this is something you would like to consider
