Dana is absolutely correct. The old adage holds true, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. A real estate agent can assist you with market values and show you homes that are actually for sale.

This is not a listing for sale,it is a Realty Trac posting. Realty Trac is not a listing site,it is a site which posts usually misleading notices of foreclosure & default from public notices in the hope of getting people to register & pay for info which is available for free. in this case.the 150k is the amount of the loan balance, which indicates it is not a mobile. no mobile on this earth is worth 150+This property is not on the market and will not be for some time. i suggest you contact you contact a local agent who can give you ACCURATE info and help you to find a suitable property.
