Hello Susan,

Not being alone is an understatement and yet your situation is still different than others. Regardless of how well priced your property is today, the market is continuously changing and what you need is exposure and marketing. A real simple back to basics approach. The more people that know your property is for sale, the greater chance you get an offer. The more offers you get, the greater chance of getting a higher price and of course the sooner the better. Where on Long Island are you. I have relatives in Hicksville. My aunt & uncle own a Greek Deli on Broadway in Hicksville. Don't hesitate to contact me so I can help you in exposing your long island and/or Florida properties to the local, national and most important today (Euro is higher) the international markets. Very crucial and shouldn't be overlooked.

Dear Susan,

You are not alone. I have several people who come to me with a similare problem. Make sure your agent is a top agent with the latest listing tools at their disposal.

Here is the most recent Money magazine article about the top 5 mistake a sellers make. Are you making any of them?
