When a home-buyer finds a listing of interest on Trulia, he or she is directed to another website (usually the website of the listing franchise, broker or agent) for additional property details and photos. We receive most of your listing information from ListHub.net, thus home-buyers are directed to the listing information shown on their site, however, if you were to submit your own website to us, or submit your listings to us manually, home-buyers would then be directed to your website for additional photos and listing details. So linking your listing information on your website to Trulia wouldn't make a lot of sense to our site users because we would send them right back to your website.
In the same way that you use Google to find a website with content relevant to your search, home-buyers can use Trulia to find a website with listings relevant to their home search. Google and Trulia are the mediums though which you locate the information you need, but they don't actually host the content. Although Trulia does differ from a search engine like Google in that we do host some content that we think is relative to the home search - Stats & Trends and Advice & Opinions for example.
All this said however, Trulia does offer some cool tools that you can add to your site that will show your affiliation with us and let your site users easily access our site information. In particular you might want to check out the Trulia badges that will link directly to your Trulia Profile. Please access the link below to check out these and the other tools we offer. And if you'd like to submit your listing information to us so that your listings will link back to your own website, scroll down on this page and select 'Submit Your Listings'.
