Hi Neeta, Steve is right your best bet is to have a realtor set you up with an automatic seasrch then you will get the properties as soon as they come on the market. You state the price range and how many beds, baths, S.F., garage, Etc. and then you can look at the pictures. when you find what your looking for you can call the agent and set up a appointment to go see it...If you have other questions or wouold like to be set up with a auto search (with no obligation or cost to you) feel free to contact me....Dawn 510-909-0373

Neeta, this property does not appear to be listed on the MLS yet. Please be aware RealtyTrac is not a listing service. They post notices of foreclosure and default pulled from public records. Their postings are very misleading because the price shown is NOT representative of what the property will be when priced for sale.

There are two properties for sale in this complex:

2bed/1bath 943 sf @ $244.9K (REO)
2bed/2bath 1046 sf @ $338.9K

To avoid being "RealtyTracked" again while searching for a property I would be happy to set up an automated "search agent" for you so you get notifications automatically via email as soon as they are made on the MLS.

Best, Steve
