Wish To Rema…, Home Buyer in Nevada

What is the real value of a home (manufactured or built) on an acre of land in Indian Springs?

Asked by Wish To Remain Anonymous, Nevada Sat Jun 7, 2008

Backs up to BLM land, has own water source. Also, will LV ever expand enough or run out of land in order to make this area more valuable in the future? I'm looking to live there now, but do not want to invest in a bad decision! Any help would be appreciated!

Hopefully, your agent has supplied you with information that will help you make a good decision on value. I don't deal in the area of Indian Springs, but I'm sure that information can be found to supply you with a good decision. If you are trying to purchase on your own, I would suggest find a good agent. It costs you nothing for their services and they can supply you with the important information needed.

I am not an expert in Indian Springs. But as I tell a lot of my clients who are buying owner-occupied propertes, buy the home you want to live in not the one you think will be the best investment. A home is a home. And luckily, historically they end up being good investments in the long-run as well. That is an added benefit. My crystal ball forecast is that Indian Springs can only grow in the future (unless the military base igets closed). My suggestion is go for it!

Investor clients have a whole different set of criteria. And particularly they aren't living in the property so my advice to them is quite a bit different.
