Just my two cents, but you hire an agent, hopefully a Realtor. You do not hire a company, per se.

I would be happy to refer you to a top Realtor. You can contact me directly for details.

The brokerage is not going to sell your home...the Realtor is who you hire.

I'm with Coldwell Banker in Dupont in DC. We as a company invest a great deal of time and money into being on top of all the latest tech. Its a great way to provide information and stay in contact. Have a great weekend!

Dear Trurealestateguy,
I would reword your question to say ..no matter what office ...which COMPANY does everyone consider the biggest, greatest and most tech savy...... COLDWELL BANKER... without a questions! We have the biggest web presence as well as a huge international presence. Because of the size of our company there is little competition. We have offices in DC, Chevy Chase and downtown Bethesda that are THE BEST! I would vote the downtown Bethesda office #1.

Dear Trurealestateguy,

Well known for its tech-savvy'ness in DC is Darrin Friedman's COLDWELL BANKER office in Chevy Chase. I happen to be a member of his office, but that's beside the point; check the blogs and info-sites by his team. Everyone here is up-to-date in all ways, but also has those all-important, city-feel and legality-things, under their belt...oh-so-necessary in this city-of-laws and lawyers! Cheers,
