I agree with the first answer. It depends on what type of investment you want. Our market is very stable and the different areas of Chattanooga have different investment opportunities. The Ooltewah area has a large inventory of new construction and the builders really need to sell. The East Lake area has smaller homes to rehab and rent. Our sales prices are still 96% list to sales price. It is a great market with lots of opportunities for investing. I would love to talk to you more to refine your interest.

Chattanooga is such a diverse area with different needs. Red Bank is considered an area that will benefit from the North Chattanooga development and growth. St. Elmo is slowly coming into it's own and again should benefit from the growth and development that is happening quickly on the Southside of Chattanooga.
One thing for certain is that VW will bring change to Chattanooga!
