While you have no true right of redemption. There is 10 days, norm,ally between the Certificate of Sale, Versus the Certificate of Title. You can intercede in that timeframe. You could file a motion to overturn the sale.

For a normal mortgage foreclosure, I didn't think there was any right of redemption in Florida. However, I'm not familiar with tax lien sales.
