Hi Carol,

That property is located in the Fieldstone subdivision of Northwest Crossing. They have several different lot sizes, and since that home hasn't been built yet, you can still pick your lot. The smaller lots are usually included in the base price of the home. The larger lots tend to have a "lot premium" with them. There are lots that range from about 46-65 feet wide by 104-165 feet deep. Is that the size of lot that you are looking for?

If you have any other questions, just let me know. I am very familiar with New Braunfels (lived here for about 15 years). I would love to help you find a new home when you come into town during spring break. As a licensed Broker, I can show you any home listed by any company, whether it's new construction or resale. You can reach me at 512-426-4231 or by e-mail at Aja.Edwards@ERA.com.

Take care!
Aja

Looks like the listing has been removed. I could not find it in MLS also.
