It's still active, but as Jackie said that needs to be verified. We've done a ton of appraisal work in and around there, might have enven been in here as things run together. There are foreclosure issues here and you should tread lightly and buy extremely smart - we have seen contracts blowing up on appraisal/work required issues. Drop me a line if we can help.

This one is active in the multiple listing service, so it SHOULD still be available (some follow up verification is still recommended).
One note on this one...if you are trying to preserve your cash, make sure you ask your lender about a possible 203K loan. This particular property at one time had the HVAC unit removed and much of the interior plumbing as well. Bear in mind that these issues may have been corrected already, but if not, you'll need to budget for the repairs. A 203K loan could provide you an option to roll the repairs into the mortgage.
As with everything in life, it seems, there are strings attached. For starters, the seller will have to allow you to use this kind of loan and you'll have to get approvals from your lender as well. Still, it may be worth asking the question.
Good luck to you. Feel free to contact us if there is anything else we can do for you.
